The spiritual purge!

What's on our minds these days you ask? What isn't on our minds is the better question.

Alot of things have happened spiritually since our last blog. While we have talked about most things on contact buzz our podcast. We have neglected blogging. So you will see us weekly blogging starting now.

So we have talked about the energy shift into the new world. Where are we know?

So we are still feeling that purge of energy and you folks are either healing or sinking and this is the result of not working on your shit or allowing your belief system to stand in the way of getting your head out of your ass and acting like you got some sense.

Now moving on to the more positive.

Manifestation like we told you in the past is huge.Dallas is in the background saying huggggeee. We continue to be amazed every day at what we have been able to bring in just by shifting our words and thoughts to more positive affirmations..

This shits real man. Learning to recognize when you are in that lower vibrational field and being able to bring yourself up out that shit energy and it is all around us is amazing.

It creeps into our homes and then sweeps into our hearts and minds. Creating and feeding hate,bitterness,and greed. So it is important not to fall victim to that.

Start with the smaller things you react to and be more mindful to not let it affect you. See this energy we are battling is fed by fear. It is fed by the emotions it creates.

We all are born into generational trauma unhealed, passed to the new generations so what we are seeing is a purge within yourself in which we call shadow work. Healing ancestors and your lineage!

We are also seeing the physical symptoms of this purge. Spirit is trying to urge us to cleanse in any way possible believe it or not. New allergies,sicknesses,pains,and more. Be conscious of this. We are our own healer.

These symptoms of course are also mental and spiritual.
