The Astral (Worlds within ours)

Astral Projection is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it.
This is also one of many abilities listed under Psychic abilities. I wasn't always who I am today. I started having Obe's that I can remember when I was a teenager and I didn't even realize that, that is what was happening to me until my major ones came in 2006 which is what set me on my path of finding who I really was and what I was really capable of doing.
Ever get that feeling you are falling as you are drifting off to sleep? Hearing a loud noise or buzz? That feeling of the bed shaking or even woke up hearing your name being called or even seeing orbs in the room?
These are just some of the experiences that we have before our "Astral body" or soul body leaves the physical body. Keep in mind we are all different and have different experiences as we are leaving our physical bodies.
Did you know that 80% of us have Obe's? Most of us do not remember it or brush it off as a "Dream". We have been wired to find rational explanation for everything. Like the medical fields ability to have a disorder for these experiences. Like night terrors, In which I know is more than just a medical disorder. The truth is that we live on a physical plane, Our physical bodies are inhabited by spiritual beings. Think of it as a space suit in some sorts. There are different planes of existence. We like to look up and think of the possibility of life on other planets, There is other life on our planet, It is all here among us. Spirits are just a speck compared to what we can not see.
Here is just one of many experiences I have had with the astral.
It was 2008 and I was in bed,My boys were in bed asleep with me as well. At this point I had the body vibrations,seen lights in my room,heard my name being called and more but this night was different and it would change my whole life and how I perceive reality. For some reason I woke up and looked toward my bedroom door were there was a man walking toward me, He was in blue jeans,a flannel patterned jacket with a hood and sneakers. But he was not human he was green and his nose was long with prominent pointy ears, I have always said goblin like over all these years. This terrified me and is what pushed me to start researching my ass off trying to understand what was happening. I will always remember this, He walked toward me but it was more like I was on his plane and I was a spirit in his world. He did not see me but I seen him and it was one of the scariest moments in my life to say the least. I have attached a picture I found on google, the closest I could find to what I seen and a very very close resemblance.
As I blog I will tell you stories of my own experiences with the Astral and my journey on awakening as a healer. I hope these posts may help others or enlighten them from a perspective of someone who has them.
